GULF BREEZE, Fla. -- H. Dudley Taft, 60, formerly of Stanford, died at home. 
He was a former maintenance employee of Ephraim McDowell Hospital and a former member of Trinity Episcopal Church in Danville. Survivors include his wife, Melissa Taft of Gulf Breeze; two daughters, Jennifer Hillard and Abigail Mathes, both of Danville; a sister, Katherine Taft of Columbus, N.C.; a brother, Chris Taft of Howard, Fla.; and three grandchildren. A memorial service was held May 28 at St. Francis Episcopal Church.  Memorials may go to Hospice or a veteran's hospital.
