22 April 1828 Spencer Co. KY Deed Book B p.131 This indenture made and entered 
into Between TAYLOR BAYSE of the one part and REBECAH a free woman of Colour 
all of Spencer County, Kentucky of the other part that for and in consideration 
of the sum of Sixty five dollars to him in hand paid do Grant bargain and sell 
to Rebecah in fee Simple two certain lots in the Town of Louisville known on 
the plan thereof by their numbers 133 and 134... to have and to hold the same 
together with all and singular appurtenances .
