Brain, totaling $1800; 3 notes of Greenberry Traylor for $2150; notes of A. G. Scott for $500; notes of M. C. Rice for $400; and Scott's steam mill on the Licking River and 2 acres on which it stood. The notes were to be assigned and delivered to Thompson & Rice and the proceeds applied to the payment of the debts and liablilities.
