TINCHER, 56, DIES IN OHIO John Othel (Tinch) Tincher, 56, former resident of Paducah, died at 12:05 p.m. Monday at a veterans hospital at Mansolin, Ohio. Mr. Tincher, a former employee of a supply firm here, moved to Canton, O., in 1945. He was a veteran of World War I. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Farris Tincher; a son, John Tincher, Jr.; a step-son, Harold Scott; two brothers, A. O. Tincher, Pittsburgh, Pa., and Forest Tincher, Paducah; two sisters, Mrs. Richard Schmidt and Miss Lena Rivers Tincher, both of Paducah, and two grandchildren, John Tincher, III, and Robert Scott, both of Canton.
