"Mr. E. T. Tinsley died last Friday after a lingering illess of several months. 
He was 65 years old and had been a consistent member of the Peter's Creek 
Baptist church for over fourteen yars. He leaves a wife, one son and two 
daughters, with whom all sympathize. Bro. Tinsley was a man of fortitude and 
patience and did not murmer at his afflictions, and was perfectly reconciled to 
the will of God. The funeral services were conducted by Eld. J. P. Durham."
