OTHO (FROG) TRAVIS

Otho Travis, 94, Caseyville, died Saturday at 11:55am at his residence in 
Caseyville.

Mr. Travis was a member of the Bells Mines Church for 70 years and
also a member of the Union Quartet and he attended the General Baptist
Church in Sturgis for 45 years. 

Survivors include his wife of 73 years, Beulah; three daughters,
Agnes Chambliss of Sturgis, Dora Mae Cosby of Newbury Park, CA, and Lillie
Sue Day of Paducah; two sisters, Sallie Adamson of Marion, KY and Mary
Johnson of Oklahoma City, OK; and one brother, Sam Travis of Sturgis; ten
grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Services were at 3:30pm Tuesday at Whitsell Funeral Home with Bro.
Robert Phillips and Bro. Nickey Winders officiating. Burial was in Pythian
Ridge Cemetery.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Bells Mine Cemetery Fund.
