Deed Bk P, p 49, 50 For and in consideration of the sum of one hundred Dollars to me in hand paid I hereby sell and convey to Elmira MARIMAN my interest right and title to a Negro woman ANN & her two children GEORG and LUCINDA being the one eights part of said three Negroes and I warrant the title fully sold in said Negroes to said Elmira MARIMAN against myself and those claiming through me and against all claims whatever, the said Slaves are the same in which my mother Eleanor TROUTMAN had a life time Estates, and I warrant said Negroes to be slaves for life.
