Tuesday, December 29, 1981, McCreary County Record:
Geneva Evelyn Troxell, 57, Revelo, died there Dec. 23 after a lingering 
illness. Funeral services were held Dec. 25 at 2 p.m. at McCreary County 
Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Everett King and Rev. Lloyd King officiating. 
Burial was in Stephens Cemetery./  She was born March 7, 1924, to the late 
Albert and Barzilla Wallen Daugherty. She was a housewife and member of Ross 
Grove United Baptist Church. Preceding her in  death were her parents and 2 
brothers./  Survivors include her husband, Sterlin Troxell, Revelo; 5 sisters, 
Floda Ridner, Cincinnati, Alberta Wilson, Stearns, Maudie Stephens and Ruby 
Wright, both of Revelo, Ulala Crawford, Lake Geneva, Fla./  McCreary County 
Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
