ROBERT R. TYE

	Robert R. (Bobby) Tye, 70, born February 13, 1933 in Kettle Island 
Kentucky, son of the late Truitt and Clara Tye died suddenly Tuesday, 
September 23, 2003 at home in Kentland, Indiana.
	Mr. Tye was a graduate of Bell High, a Navy Veteran, and later 
graduated from the University  of Louisville, Kentucky with a degree in 
Chemical Engineering.
	Mr. Tye worked for 25 years as a Superintendent for Ford Motor Company 
in Rawsonville, Michigan,
	Robert Tye was married to his wife Carolyn Gabbard Tye formerly of 
Arjay, for 49 years,  He leaves behind his wife, and four children; Leta Cupp 
(Husband Charles, Indiana), Daniel Tye (Wife Patti, Michigan), Julia Ware 
(Husband Danny, Ormond Beach, Florida) and Melissa Perez (Husband Steve Perez, 
Naples, Florida), eight grandchildren; Stewart, Justin, Cathy, Jennifer, 
Lyndsay, Adam, Joshua and Jordan and five great-grandchildren; Lindsey, 
Hunter, Christopher, Owen and Ashton.
	Visitation and Funeral services were held for Mr. Tye on Friday, 
September 26, 2003 in Kentland, Indiana.
	His wishes were to be cremated afterwards and have his ashes divided 
among his immediate family.
	Mr. Tye’s Family will gather in the Spring of 2004 to disperse the 
remainder of his ashes.
