STANFORD -- Ralph Vernon Vanover, 96, of East Main Street died Monday in
Crab Orchard.
Born Aug. 31, 1906, in Pike County, he was the son of the late Oliver B. and
Anzie Smallwood Vanover. He was a retired employee of National Cash Register
Co., and the widower of Hazel Francisco Vanover.
Survivors include two nephews, Homer L. Vanover and Vincent Vanover, both of
Danville.
Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Barnett & Demrow Funeral Home by C.A.
Easterling. Burial will be in Double Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesday.
