WILL: Vanrysselburghe, 1837, Daviess Co. Will Book A-B pg. 97 Daviess County Kentucky November 30th 1837 In the name of God Amen I James Vanrysselburghe being in a low state of health but sound of mind and knowing the uncertainty of life and certainty of death do constitute and ordain this my last will and testament. I will and desire that my wife Juliann Vanrysselberghe be appointed my only Executrix and that she dispose of enough of my personal estate to pay all of my just debts and the balance of my personal as well as real estate be hers to do and act with as she may think proper during her lifetime and when my two sons Charles and Peter James Vanrysselburghe shall be twenty-one years of age they are each of them are to have a horse saddle and bridle and it is further my will and desire that at the death of wife Juliann that my personal and real estate be then equally divided between all of our children.
