David R. Varga, 68 1/9/2002

    DULUTH, Ga. - David R. Varga, 68 passed away Sunday, Jan. 6, 
2002, at the Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville, Ga. He was 
born May 17, 1933, in Pittsburgh, Penn., a son of the late Percy 
Varga and Mary Lawrence Varga. He attended Mt. Param Church of God 
in Duluth, Ga., and was a veteran of the United States Army.

    In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a twin 
brother, Dean Varga on July 17, 2001. Survivors include his wife, 
Georgia Varga, Duluth, Ga.; two brothers, Ray Varga and Don Varga, 
both of Pittsburgh, Penn.; one sister, Lorraine Schleich, 
Pittsburgh, Penn.

    Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday at 
Durham funeral Home with the Rev. Bobby Grubbs presiding. Music will 
be provided by Lucy Smith. Burial will be in Meadow Branch Cemetery 
at Stoney Fork. Pallbearers will be family and friends. There will 
be no visitation. Durham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
