NOTE: I have no connection, have no further information and am not 
seeking additional information.

"Miss Miriam Vaughan, aged seventeen, died at the home of her father 
in Horse Cave last Friday, after an illness only three or four days. 
She was the daughter of Squire R. V. Vaughan, one of the most 
substantial citizens of Horse Cave."
