We report that the said guardian has received of Stephen Halbert the sum of 88.74 with interest upon $38.74 from the 15th January 1827 to the present time which amounts to 6.08 which several amounts added together makes the sum of 274.32 Which amount we report to be the total amount with the guardian is chargable with for and in accp. Of his wards. We also report that the guardian Has a credit for 89 cents in a fee bill, Letter F .89 Amounting in all ------------ 160.13 Which Deducted from the the 274.32 Leaves a balance due the wards ---------- $114.19 All of which we submit to the worshipful county court of Lewis County -- We further report that William C Victor is chargable with Board for the years 1827 & 1828 to the amount of $37.50 Hannah Victor is Chargable with Board for the same years. The same ammount $37.50 Which amount deducted from the $114.19 Leaves a balance of -------- $39.19 Due by Davis to his wards; which is also submitted; given under our hands the date first written. Singleton At a county court began and held for Lewis County on Monday the Twenthy first day of Septemeber in the year 1829 - Two of the commissioners appointed to settle the accounts of Truitt Davis guardian for the Infant Heirs of Samuel B. Victor Deceased made report of the foregoing settlement of the accounts between said Guardian & his wards which being examined and approved of by the court is ordered to be certfied and recorded and the vouchers therwith returned ordered to be filed.
