Trent-Dowell Funeral Home Obituary Listings Kenneth Eugene Walden, SR. age 86 of Hardinsburg, KY died Tuesday, 5-13-2008 at Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY. He was born in Middletown, OH on 8-12-1921, the son of the late Simon Alfred and Mary Molly Hazel Harrington Walden. He retired from Reynolds Metal Company, a WWII Army veteran, a member of Bullitt Masonic Lodge #155, a 32nd degree Mason having been a member for over 50 years. 
He was a member of Hardinsburg United Methodist Church and a Kentucky Colonel.
 
He was preceded in death by his wife - Mary Jane Walden  11-16-2003.
 
He is survived by his sons : Ken Walden,Jr (Linda) of Hardinsburg,KY and Gary Walden of Louisville,KY

2 grandsons: Kenny Walden,III and Matt (Jaclyn) Walden

2 great grandchildren: Mia Grace Walden and Colby Huffines
 
Funeral services will be held on Friday, 5-16-2008 at 10AM at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Jesse and Doug Lewis officiating. Burial will be in the Hebron Cemetery in Shepherdsville,KY with military honors. Visitation on Thursday from 3:30 - 8:00PM. Memorial contributions are requested to: 
Hardinsburg United Methodist Church.
