husband is my second cousin (John Rodney Wallace is our great grandfather).  The bible 
is now in the possession of the grandson (who wishes to remain anonymous) of Sarah 
(Sadie) Wallace, who was the daughter of John Rodney.  For more information, contact

Note: The date of publication, 1875, shows that Rush Nutt purchased a new 
bible, recorded the family events through 1875 and presented it to his son, 
John Rodney.  The only entries made after 1875 are John’s marriage to Eliza 
Jane Hollins in 1878 and the marriage of their daughter, Sarah (Sadie) to 
Edwin Kingsley, in 1904.  There are no entries for the births of Sadie and her 
two brothers, Rush Nutt and John R, nor the sons’ marriages, offspring, etc.  
What a shame for us descendants.
