"Mrs. Ray Ward--Centertown--Mrs. Audra Ashby Ward, 70, of
Jeffersontown, Ky., formerly of Centertown, died Monday morning at her home.
    
"Surviving are her husband, Ray Ward of Jeffersontown; a son, Don
Ward, Jeffersontown; two grandchildren, and two brothers, Alney Ashby of
Centertown, and Martin Ashby of Drakesboro.
     
"Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Duke Funeral Home in
Centertown, conducted by the Rev. William Holladay, pastor of Centertown
Baptist Church, with burial in Walton's Creek Cemetery.
     
"The body is at Duke Funeral Home."
