Bath County Clerks Office, Sct:
  I (can't Read) Conner Clerk of the county aforesaid, do certify that JOhn B. 
Oakley hath enetered into bond and security to procure licence to intermarry with Sarah 
Warner of this county, consent being legally had.
  This shall, therefore, authorize you to join in Matramony the said John B. 
Oakly and Sarah Warner and this shall warrent you for doing so.
  
In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand, as clerk aforedaid,  this 
6th day of March 1854
