Chairman for Kentucky Farm Bureau of Hart County from 1971-2003, received the
Gold Star Award from the Farm Bureau in December 2002, was a current honorary
board member of Farm Bureau, commissioned a Kentucky Colonel 17 June 2002,
volunteer for two years prior to her illness with the county commodity program.
Daughter of the late Vernon and Mary Richardson Harlow
Survivors:
Daughter: Jeanette Faye Sims and husband James of Canmer
Son-in-law: Roy Avery of Canmer
Grandchildren: Darris Waters and wife Karen of Canmer, Marcus Avery and wife
Rhonda of Canmer, Travis Avery and wife Tracy of Hardyville KY, Jamie McFarlin
and husband Mike of Glasgow, and Jeremy Sims of Canmer
Five great-grandchildren
Sisters: Marie Bennett of Franklin KY and Alice Sydnor of Canmer
Several nieces and nephews
Preceded also in death by:
Husband: Archie Dean Waters
Daughter: Dotty Jean Avery
Services: Saturday, 18 Dec 2004, 2 pm, chapel of Winn Funeral Home in Horse
Cave, burial Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery.
