WATLINGTON Know all men by these presents, That I Nathaniel R Watlington farmer of the County of Breckenridge and State of Kentucky being in ill health But of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare the following to be my last will and testament 1st That all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my estate by my Executors 2nd I give devise and bequeath to my beloved wife Judith Watlington all of my real estate consisting of the farm I live on and all my personal property and household goods. And at the death of my wife The same shall decend [sic] to my sons Charles Watlington[,] James C. Watlington[,] Armistead Watlington[,] Nathaniel H Watlington and George R Watlington 3rd Provided that my above named sons shall pay into the hands of my Executors within two years after my demise one hundred dollars each[.] The same by my executors to be divided equally among my three Daughters Mrs. Mary L.
