OBIT: James Watson, 2003, Boyle & Lincoln Co. & OH Submitted by Sherri Hall NOTE: I have no connection, no further information and am not seeking additional information. >From the Danville Advocate Messenger, 30 Apr 2003 STANFORD -- Services for James Clifford Watson, 76, of Junction City will be 11 a.m. Thursday at Spurlin Funeral Home by the Rev. David Fralix. Burial will be in New Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with military rites. He died Monday at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born Aug. 13, 1926, in Hamilton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Theodore Watson and Myrtie Terry Watson Duvall. He was a retired employee of Allison Aircraft Engine Manufacturing Co. in Indianapolis and a member of New Salem Baptist Church. He was a Navy veteran of World War II, having served in the Pacific Theater, and was the widower of Frances Bastin Watson Survivors include three daughters, Vivian Lane of Cumberland, Ind., and Susann Fletcher and Cliffonda Skeens, both of Junction City; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be James, Jon and Mitchell Fletcher, James Lobb, Eric McKee and Art Green. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today.
