The informant Leona Goforth was his daughter married to J.Logan Goforth
His was first married in Casey County Kentucky May 10, 1859 to Mary 
Frances "Polly" Buis she died March 18, 1900 buried at Poplar Hill Cemetery 
slab at her grave. He then married Sarah Jane Terry at Casey County Kentucky. 
He stated in other papers she was married previously to John Sandifer after his 
death she married Dave Thomas
Robert J Watson enlisted August 5, 1862 for one year in Casey County Kentucky 
as Private Company F Regiment 8 of Kentucky Vol. Cavl under Capt. Wm. F. 
Hunter. He was discharged in Lebonon Kentucky September 17, 1863
