He was born in Pineville on April 18, 1978 the son of Philip Lee J. and Vickie Jo Smith Watts. He was preceded in death by a son, James Mathew Watts and grandfathers Lee Watts and Wilburn Smith. Survivors include his parents, Philip and Vickie Watts, Pineville, daughters, Laken Savannah Watts and Sidney Isabella Ferrel Watts; brother, Kevin Randall Watts; sister Angel Marie Bruner, nephew, Philip Michael Bruner, grandmothers, Bytha Smith Lefevers and Mary Watts; aunts and uncles, Custer and Drusilla Watts, Bobby and Phyllis Watts, Shirley Watts, Judy and David Widener, Howard and Regina Watts, Betty and Albert Dahn, Carolyn and Elzie Grubbs, Sally and Philip Widener, Linda and Walter Brock, Carl and Sheila Smith, Eddie and Shirley Smith, Johnny and Linda Smith, Rosalee and Marshall Shepard and Serita Ball, special friend, Jeri Amanda Ferrel and a host of cousins, relatives and friends. Services were held 3:00 p.m. Saturday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home with Re. Walter Brock and Rev. Darrell Lowe. Burial followed in the Straight Creek Cemetery, Pineville. Pallbearers were Rodney Watts, Davey Widener, Travis Smith, Wilburn Brock, Chris Lewis, Greg Lewis, Steve Lewis and Albert Dahn.
