Mrs. Alpha Hazelip Webb

Mrs. Alpha Webb, widow of the late D. W. Webb, died Monday night her home on
Nolin River after a long illness from complications. Funeral and burial services
were conducted Wednesday morning at Temple Hill, attended by a large gathering
of friends and relatives.

Mrs. Webb was about 57 years old and is survived by three sons, Charlie, Louis
and Loys, and four daughters, Mrs. Blanch Jacobs, Mrs. Annie Denham, Mrs. May
Gibson, Mrs. Clara Webb and Mrs. Bea Cox. She was a devoted member of the Temple
Hill Baptist Church and until her health failed was an active worker in the church.
