Abstracted by the late Eva Coe Peden from unknown Glasgow KY newspaper.
"MS. DONA MATTHEWS WHEAT died age 63 at home of Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Bouier, Glasgow. A sister Mrs 
Dora Matthews Dearing is in serious condition at Commonwealth Hospital. Cause: ptomaine poison. 
Reported they both had taken poison. Siters: Mrs. Edgar Stout, Glasgow; Mrs. Lizzie Graham, Decatur, Ill. 
Brothers: Julius Matthews, Portland, Oregon, Edgar of near Glasgow, Will Matthews of Taylorville Ill. 
Interred in Matthews burying ground near Morrison Park."
