Janet Marie Whitaker, 48, of North Columbia Avenue, Campbellsville, died 
Friday, January 15, 1999 in Campbellsville. Daughter of the late Charlie A. 
Beard and Mona Mann Beard, she was born on Sept. 23, 1950 in Taylor County, 
Ky., and was a member of the Lighthouse Tabernacle. Whitaker was a Certified 
Nursing Assistant. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Tony and 
Teresa Whitaker of Campbellsville; four sisters and four brothers, Brenda 
Beard, Rita Parsons, Donna Bland, Michael Beard, Ronnie Beard, all of 
Campbellsville, Gary Beard of Lexington, Charlotte Parnell of Fairborne, Ohio, 
and Donnie Beard of Knifley.
