KY Charity, m. 1795 James ROBERTS Thomas Rachael m. 1790 Christopher OAKLEY Peggy/Kitty John m. 1794 Gracey ROBERTS In the year of our lord 1822 I Nicholas White of Madison County & state of Kentucky Enjoying a reasonable portion of health and in sound mind & memory but by reason of old age I expect not to remain long on the stage of action and wishing to make this my last will and Testament revoking all other wills is as following to wit. First of all I wish my body buried in a Christian like manner. 2ndly I wish all my Just Debts paid 3rdly I will unto my daughter, Kitty Peggy & her heirs, Rachael & her heirs One dollar each & Nancy one dollar. 4thly My will and desire is that all the ballance of my Estate Except my land be Equally divided between my son Thomas heirs and my daughter Siller & Polly. 5thly I will unto my son John my land 6thly I will unto my daughter Charity my bed & bed clothes -- lastly I appoint David Bruton my Executor to this my last will in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 27th of January 1822.
