Next item: Mrs. Catharine Wickliffe the widow and relict of Arington Wickliffe deceased appeared in court and refused under the Last will and Testament of her late husband deceased to take upon herself the executorship thereof. On the motion of Isaac Wickliffe and David Oates who made oath as the law directs certificate is granted them for obtaining letters of Administration on the estate of said decendant. Who thereupon together with HUTSON MARTIN, RANDALL DAVIS and NACHEL DILLINGHAM their securities entered into and acknowledged their bonds in the penalty of $8000 conditioned as the law directs. BENNETT, CHARLES TYLER, and LEWIS RENO shall divide the said estate between the heirs aforesaid and we do by these presents bind ourselves and our heirs to each other ot abide the division or distribution so made as aforesaid and we do further more agree to bear our equal proportion of the expence attending the said division and also pay our equal proportion of any debt or bebts that may be legally or lawfully appear ---said estate at the time of said division.
