Glasgow (KY) Weekly Times, 4 Nov 1896.
"NEWS HAS been received here of the death, on October 24, at Hillsboro, Texas, 
of Mrs. O. W. Williams. Mrs. Williams was a native of Barren County, and 
before her marriage was Miss Gattie Chism, the pretty and attractive daughter 
of Mr. T. T. Chism, the well known miller, who now lives on Beaver Creek, near 
town. Blood poisoning was the cuase of her death. She was buried in the 
Hillsboro cemetery."
