KY Deed Bk C, p 29 Deposition of Thomas WILSON The Deposition of Thomas Wilson taken to Perpetuate the testimony to establish the Calls of Entrey in the name Thomas McNEAL and Elizabeth his wife acting Executors of John Swan, Junr. Deceased This Deponent being sworn deposeth and saith in the year 1776 in the last of May or first of June we bilt some Cabbins and drew lots this lot I belive Richard SWAN Question by John SWAN one of the heirs do You now how many Cabbins Richard SWAN drew as to lotarey Cabbin answer two Question by the same do You recollect that You heard Richard SWAN say wheather this Cabbin was for his brother John SWAN answer I heard him say it was for one of his brothers but I don’t now that I heard his name Question by Benjamin LAWLESS did You now of any Buffelow Roades roads that Crossed the roling fork near this place answer there was one that is the one that is mentioned in Henry PRATERS deposition Question by the same have You Ever Been at this place since this improvement was made now til today and further this deponent saith not. Thomas WILSON The above deposition was taken at the above mentioned improvement this 1st day of October 1802 in presence of Charles DYER and John REED by his Cours Philip WASHBURN John GRUNDY We certify that the above mentioned improvement is about half way between the ford of the roling fork where a Cabbin stands in the possession of Benjamin LAWLESS & the first narrows on the South fork and at the East Side of a wett bottom under the bluff of hill or riseing ground and about ten yards from a Small drean and on the south side of said drean & that near sd.
