This Deed of Conveyance made and entered into this 6th Day of May 1878 between 
Emily C. McGinnis and her husband W. R. McGinnis of the County of Warren & 
State of Kentucky party of the first part and D. W. Wright of Warren County & 
State aforesaid party of the second part Witnesseth that said party of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one Dollar & other good & 
valuable consideration not herein named Do hereby sell and convey to the party 
of the second part his heirs and assigns the following described property to 
wit:  a tract of land located on the north side of Barren River in Warren 
County Containing 44 acres being the same land conveyed to said Emily C. 
McGinnis by Rufus Fleenor & his wife M. B. Fleenor in the Division made by 
Franklin Lewis of his lands subject to life Estate held by said Lewis: 
reference is here made to the deed of said Fleenor & wife to said Emily 
McGinnis for a description of the land.  To have and to hold the same together 
with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging; unto the party of the second 
part his heirs and assigns forever.  And the said party of the first part 
hereby covenant with the said party of the second part that they will warrant 
the title to the property hereby conveyed unto said party of the second part 
and his heirs and assigns forever.  In testimony whereof the party of the 
first part have hereunto subscribed their names the Day and year aforesaid.

State of Kentucky
County of Warren
I Ludlow L. Cooke clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid 
certify that the foregoing Deed of conveyance from W. R. McGinnis & wife Emily 
C. McGinnis to D. W. Wright was on the 6th Day of May 1878 produced to me in 
said County and acknowledged before me by W. R. McGinnis and his wife Emily C. 
McGinnis parties grantors thereto to be their act and Deed whereupon I have 
duly recorded same and this certificate in my office.  Given under my hand 
this 6th Day of May 1878.
