Max Thomas Yeary Jr., 59 2/1/2002

    TRINITY, Texas - Max Thomas Yeary Jr., 59, formerly of 
Middlesboro, passed away Friday, Jan. 25, 2002, near Livingston, 
Texas. Born Dec. 6, 1942, he was the son of the late Max and Helen 
Chadwell Yeary. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death 
by a brother, Robert Lee Yeary. Survivors include his wife, Tina 
Yeary, Trinity, Texas; and one brother, William Yeary, Middlesboro. 
Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at 
Buffalo Funeral Home, Buffalo, Texas, with the Rev. James "Jim" 
Parish officiating. The family will receive friends until the time
