Unknown Glasgow KY newspaper.
"MR. W. D. YOUNG DEAD. Mr. W. D. Young died at his home near Temple Hill, Monday, aged seventy-five years.

"The deceased was a prominent and influential man in his community and was a leading farmer and stock dealer in that section of the county. He sustained quite a reputation as a pork packer and was active in all farm pursuits up until a few years ago, when his health enfeebled him.

"He was twice married and is survived by his second wife. There are no children.

"For many years he had been a devout member of the Baptist church. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J. R. Winn with burial in the old Peden burial ground."
