The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Levi Jackson, has been appointed,
by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to
John Cox, a minor.
Now, we, Levi Jackson ......as principal and
John Stillings his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, that the said Levi Jackson will faithfully discharge the trust
of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
