The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Thomas J. Tuttle, has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to Mary Blair.

Now, we, T. J. Tuttle as principal and John Blair his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said T. J. Tuttle will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
