John E. Johnson as Guardian

The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, John E. Johnson, has been appointed,
by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to
William Watkins a minor. Child of George Watkins Decs.
Now, we, John E. Johnson as principal and
Levi Jackson his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, that the said John E. Johnson will faithfully discharge the
trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
