In the name of God Amen.
I Isaac Forbes being sound in mind & but feeble in body,
do make this my last Will & Testament utterly revoking all former wills made by
me. In the first place I do will & ordain all my Just debts to be paid and if I
have property enough to pay all my Just debts without my plantation & mill, I do
will & ordain that my beloved wife Elizabeth have the place & mill during her
Natural life and then after her death I want the place & mill sold and an equal
division to take place between all my children. And I do further will & ordain
that Samuel Wilson & Thomas Jones of said County be appointed as my Executor to
settle my business after my death and I do request that the said Wilson & Jones
will manage my property as they think best to Settle my just debts. In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand & affixed my seal this 16th day of August in
the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and thirty one.

I hereby certify that the foregoing will was produced in
open court & proved by James M. Neill & Abraham Baugh two of the subscribing
witnesses thereto annexed to be the act & deed of said Isaac Forbes & ordered to
be recorded. Which is done accordingly. Given under my hand the 7th day of
November 1831.

Revocation of Will

To the County Court of Laurel. I Elizabeth Forbes, widow &
relict of Isaac Forbes deceased, not being satisfied with the provisions made
for me by the will of my late Husband, do by these presents declare that I will
not take or accept the provision made for me by such will or any part thereof.
And hereby renounce all benefit which I might claim by said Will; Witness my
hand and Seal the 4th day of February 1832.

aforesaid do certify that the foregoing deed from Elizabeth Forbes was produced
in court at the February term thereof & proven by the oaths of Thomas Jones &
Hugh Forbes the two subscribing Witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded,
which is done accordingly. Given under my hand the 6th day of February 1832.
