The Last Will and Testimony, of James Gunn and Lusinda
Gunn, his wife, the party of the first part, and the Baptist Ministers aid
Society of Kentucky, at Owensboro Ky., the second party. The party of the first
part agrees and consents for the party of the second party, to have and to hold
a certain boundry or parsel of land lying on the waters of Sinking Creek,
containing 149 acres. James Gunn and Lusinda Gunn his wife is of a sound mind

The will of James Gunn, filed in open Court at its May Term 1892, and same being proven on Oath, by P.L.McFadden and William A. Hodge, two of the subscribing witness to said will, and same was ordered to lie over one month for exception and none being taken it is ordered by the court that the same be entered of record which is now done.
