I Mary Hugi of London, Ky advanced in age and knowing the uncertainty of life and the certainty of death desiring to make disposition of my worldly effects while living. I give and bequeath my soul to God who give it and after paying my funeral expenses I give and bequeath all of my real and personal Effects to my Daughter in Law Alice Hugi and her children for their own use and benefit consisting of one note on Fred Hugie Executed to me on the 6 day of February 1890 for $753.50 Seven Hundred and fifty three 50/100 Dollars and to secure the payment he executed to me a mortgage on the property purchased from John C. Jackson near the Depot at London Ky. Also some beds and Beding other furniture to same. Also any other personal or real Estate that may be coming to me in this county. I hereby appoint Emel Hanser of Laurel County the Executor of this my will to see that it's provisions are properly carrard out. The said Allice have the benefit of said property during her life for her own use and benefit and if anything left at her death the same to go to the Children.
In witness hereof I have signed Sealed published and declared this my last will and Testament made at London Ky this 26 day of January 1892.

The will of Mary Hugi produced in open Court and proven by the oath of Emil Hanser and Jacob Bill the subscribing witnesses thereto to be the last will and testament of Mary Hugi Decd. and same is now entered of record.
