I Samuel Thomas of Oakley Laurel County Ky., realizing the uncertainty of life and being of feeble health, but of sound mind, memory and judgement do make and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit:
1st. I give, demuse and bequeath unto my eldest son William Thomas all of my personal property including one horse, one milk cow, all farming machinery and implements which I have on the farm. I also give him all my house hold goods and kitching furniture. I also give all money now on deposit in the First Nationa1 Bank of Barbourville, Ky provid there be any left after the death of me and my wife Luvina Thomas and after all our debts and burial expences be paid.
2nd. I give and bequeath unto my oldest daughter Alina Houston, my youngest daughter Cynthia Patton and my son Charley Thomas $1.00 one dollar each to be paid out of money now in my posession.
I hereby nominate and appoint I.C. Huff and W.M. Chestnut the executers of this my last will and testament.
