The bearer Solomon Jackson is a free born man, Born and raised within a few miles of me and I do not know nor believe that he is charged with any disonesty therefore has a right to travel on his future good behavior in any part of the United States and as his aquaintainces has lately removed to the Indianna Country and he has a mind to follow them. He has therefore permission to persue his journey, Given under my hand this 11th day Febuary 1832
