The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, William H. Blair, has been appointed, by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to Mahala Blair & Mary Francis(?) Blair.

Now, we, William H. Blair as principal and Thomas ______ & Calvin Woodward his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, that the said William H. Blair will faithfully discharge the trust of Guardian to said minors, in all respects as required by law.
