The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, Israil Engle, has been appointed,
by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to
Sampson Hodge.
Now, we, Israil Engle as principal and Franklin(?)
Engle his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth of
Kentucky, that the said Israil Engle will faithfully discharge the trust
of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
