The Commonwealth of Kentucky
Whereas, J. C. Westerfield, has been appointed,
by the County Court of Laurel County, and has qualified as Guardian to
J. C. W. Westerfield.
Now, we, J. C. Westerfield as principal and
G. W. Miller his sureties, do hereby covenant to and with the Commonwealth
of Kentucky, that the said J. C. Westerfield will faithfully discharge
the trust of Guardian to said minor, in all respects as required by law.
