January Term 1844

Satisfactory proof was this day made in open Court by the Oaths of John Williams and Joseph Weaver that Samuel Weaver a Revolutionary Pensioner of the United States departed this life on the 14th day of November 1842 and that he is the identical person named in a Pension Certificate to the Court shown numbered 31725 and dated at the War Office of the United States 11th day of March 1840 granting the said Samuel Weaver a Pension of Twenty Dollars beginning on the 4th of March 1831. It was also shown to the satisfaction of the Court by the witnesses aforesaid that Mary Weaver is the Widow of the said Samuel Weaver, that she is still living and resides in Laurel County.
