In the name of God Amen. I Jesse McFadden of Laurel County and State of Kentucky being advanced in years But of sound disposeing mind do hereby make and publish my last will and Testament. First. It is my will and desire that after my death all my debts (if any I should owe) shall be paid and for that purpose I direct that enough of personal property be disposed of to pay whatever sums I may owe. Second, It is my will and desire that after my death my wife Ruth McFadden shall have during her lifetime all my personal property od every description whatever, both in the house and out doors and at her death it is my will and desire that all of the said personal property shall descend and belong to my three daughters Lydia McFadden, Nancy McFadden and Elizabeth McFadden to be equally divided between them, and in the event that one or more of said mentioned daughters should die before this will takes effect the daughter or daughters that survive shall be entitled to the whole of said property. If my wife Ruth McFadden should die before I do it is my will and desire that the personal property with which I may be possessed at that time may go immediately to my said Daughters Lydia, Nancy and Elizabeth McFadden or the Survivor or survivors of them. and should either or all of said daughters marry before this will takes effect and any thing should be advanced to them the amount thus advanced is to be deducted from that ones part when the Whole comes to be divided it being my intention and desire to devise and have my personally equally divided between my aforesaid three Daughters.

Third. It is my will and desire and I hereby give and bequeath to my wife Ruth McFadden the tract of land on which we now live with all the appertenances belonging to it to have and To hold use and enjoy for ever during her natural life and at her death It is my will and desire that my land aforesaid Shall descend to my three Sons; John, Westerfield
