In the name of God Amen
I, Shadrack Turner of Laurel County
Kentucky, being in very feeble health
but of sound mind and disposing memory and
being desirous to make such
disposition of my personal effects as to me
seems proper.
I just ---? do make and publish this
my last will and testament hereby
revoking all other wills by me made or attempted
to make .
First, I will and bequeath all my property
as allowed, personal to my
beloved wife to be hers for her use and benefit
as long as she continues to
be my widow. And if she shall again enter
marry after my death then I will
that my property be sold under the laws made
and provided by the state and
the proceeds thereof divided among my children
and that may be born unto now.
Second, I appoint my beloved wife Sarah Turner
my Executrix and request
that she qualify and act without giving bond

A paper purporting to be the last will and
testament of Shadrack Turner
dec'd, was produced into Court by R.S. Ewell
and William Stanifer,
subscribing witness thereto to be the act
and deed of the said Turner who
was proven by and witness to be competant
to make a will at the time of
signing the same. wherefore said will is ordered
to be entered of Record
