I am attaching scanned images of the complete widow's pension application of Minnie E. (Rousey) Phillips.  Her husband was John Thomas Phillips. He supposedly served in the 43rd Battalion of the Virginia Cavalry under John S. Mosby.  His Death Certificate and Marriage Certificate were included with the application.
