I am looking for a Thomas Ballard who was born in Lincoln Co,  around 1872.
He married a Nellie Thompson 18 Dec 1899 in Somerset.  In a record I found a
Thomas Ballard and Nell, and a stepchild, Minnie Garland, which I think is
my half sister.
