Ambrose Bruce was my father's maternal ggrandfather.  According to  
his pension file related to being a surviving dependent parent of a  
military veteran, he died 9 OCT 1895 in Kingsville, Kentucky.  I do  
not know what brought him to Lincoln County.  I had not been aware of  
any of the rest of this Bruce family line being there. According to  
the same pension file, Ambrose was living with an adult son in  
Covington, Kenton County, KY in 1892.

If anyone should happen to have any further information about Ambrose  
Bruce in Kingsville in 1895 or where additional information collected  
at the time of his death might be found now, I will appreciate  
knowing more.
